While it's still possible to experience an adverse reaction to wine with low sulfites, it's much less likely than if the wine had high levels of sulfite. So if you're considering drinking wine, make sure to check the level of sulfite before you buy it. And if you're concerned about your allergy potential, it might be best to stick to wines with higher levels of sulfite.
